Doppler Studio is a forward-thinking multimedia workspace and venue for the underground Electronic Dance Music (EDM) community. Taking its name from the Doppler effect – the apparent change in frequency of a soundwave in relation to an observer moving relative to the wave source – we created a logo representing both the effect and a stylised speaker.

An identity was created that stays true to the brand’s underground ideology, but also has the flexibility to work for elements requiring a clear and logical visual language, such as wayfinding, iconography and web.
